This is a great example of how big companies are also depending on their customers for Ideas and how to constantly make changes to keep up with today's world. "Twitter's smart enough, or lucky enough, to say, " Gee, let's not try to compete with our users in designing this stuff, let's outsource design to them, '. New media is also a great tool where can exchanges ideas, which is a great way of fostering creativity. A great example of new media is Youtube, which has its users coming back for different kinds of videos every day, also the competition between channels fosters creativity, which helps the creators to be even more creative and hence gives us a reason to keep coming to them for more connect. The more creativity= more views on youtube= more money.
